Turnouts - first week of April, dependent on the weather and enough volunteer coaches

For turnouts - please have the athlete dressed in athletic wear and bring a glove. If they have non-metal cleats, they can wear those, but it is not mandatory

Practice - starts the week of April 7th, 2025, dependent on the weather and team splits, and your coach will give you more details

Games - will begin week of 5/5/25

Monday through Thursday evenings, Fridays only when needed

Most games are played at Bolton Hill Sports Complex, but some teams will play away games against Junction City, Harrisburg, or Monroe if they participate in the season.

Waitlist opens March 24th, 2025- registration fee is $25 ($110 total) if your athlete can be placed on a team.

*Kinder athletes must be 5 years old AND currently enrolled in kindergarten (must be attending kindergarten currently)
1st-2nd grade will be split by gender depending on if we have enough athletes to split, otherwise this division will be co-ed.
**3rd-4th grade Softball pitching machine will start at 35ft/sec (~24mph) and increase to 40 ft/sec (~27mph) mid-season
***3rd-4th grade Baseball pitching machine will start at 55ft/sec (~38mph) and increase to 60 ft/sec (~41mph) mid-season
Please note:
- Decision to split 1st-2nd by gender will occur after registration closes.
- Forming teams fairly takes priority over rideshare requests. Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team unless otherwise requested from a parent.
- Practice start dates are contingent on having enough volunteers (coaches) to begin. If we do not have enough coaches for a specific age group, practices
will be delayed.
- If there are not enough teams to have individual softball and baseball leagues, we will combine areas or combine girls and boys to have a co-ed baseball league at a division level.
WAITLIST:
Please join the waitlist if you would like your athlete considered should we need to fill in teams over the first week or so of the season. This waitlist does not guarantee a spot on a team. If we have a spot, we will contact you directly to place your athlete and collect payment ($80) at that time. Waitlist athletes will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis to fill in needed team spots. Please be sure to indicate your interest in coaching as this is usually a pain point and may move your athlete higher on the list.
