TSP currently hosts Middle School sports for 7th and 8th graders - girls volleyball, girls and boys basketball, and co-ed track. Fees for all middle school sports are $125, except football which is $200

New this year (2022-2023) Middle School Athletes will need to maintain eligibility based on attendance, grades, and behavior.

- If the athlete misses school, they cannot attend practice or games that day

- if the athlete is failing any class, they are not eligible to play until grades are passing

- If an athlete is reprimanded by FRMS (expelled), they're ineligible to play until reinstated.

7th-8th grade Girls Basketball

Registration is open 9/27 - 10/19/22 and initially capped at 20 athletes

If we reach the 20-person cap prior to the registration close date, all others will be waitlisted**. 

• Open Gyms will be Sundays at Elmira High School, 6-7p

• October 25th & 26th - Evaluations. Girls must attend both days

• Practice dates/ times will be determined by the coaches

• Games are during the week: Mondays and Wednesdays, starting the week of November 4th

• Coach: Nick Anderson and Jackie Farrar

• Fee: $125

**Why are we waitlisting athletes once there are 20 girls signed up?

We must have 2 or 4 teams to accommodate league games. If we have enough interest on the Waitlist to build 2 teams, we'll work to find more coaches to support the additional teams.

7th-8th grade Boys Basketball

Registration is open from 10/28 - 12/9

• Open Gyms will be communicated through Facebook

• TBD - Evaluations. Boys must attend both days

• There may be Open Gym events over the holiday break, coaches will reach out with more information

• Practice will start in January -  dates/ times will be determined by the coaches

• Games are during the week: Mondays and Wednesdays, starting mid-January

• 8th Grade Coach: Mark White

Practice will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Late registrations will not be accepted.

Registration is open 6/20 - 7/30/22

Late registrations will not be accepted. (jerseys will be ordered in 3 weeks)

• Practice starts August 15th

• Jamboree TBD, (tentative dates 8/27-8/28 or 9/10-9/11)

• Season starts after Labor Day

• Autzen weekend (end of season) Oct 28-30th

• Practice can start August 15th

Registration fee is $200 per athlete.
