TSP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 

TSP is a volunteer-run organization dedicated to supporting youth sports programs for students. As part of our commitment to the community, we believe it is important to invest in students as they take their next steps beyond high school.

To support graduating seniors pursuing post-secondary education, TSP proudly awards up to six (6) scholarships in the amount of $250 each to eligible applicants who have demonstrated long-term involvement in TSP programs—both as participants and as contributors.

Eligibility & Application Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria and address each area in their letter of application:

 

1. High School Sports Involvement (minimum of 2 years)

Describe your participation in high school sports or sport-related roles (including scorekeeping, stat taking, etc.).

• List the sport(s)

• Include year(s) of participation
   

2. TSP Sports Participation (minimum of 3 years)

Detail your involvement as a TSP athlete.

• List the sport(s)

• Include year(s) of participation
   

3. Service to TSP (Required)

Applicants must have volunteered or worked for TSP in some capacity over the years. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Referee or umpire

• Scorekeeper or stat taker

• Concessions

• Coaching support or other volunteer roles

4. Academic Achievement (minimum 2.5 GPA)

• Include your current GPA

• Attach official transcripts

• Include class rank, if available
   

5. Extra-Curricular Activities & Leadership

Describe additional school or community involvement, leadership roles, attitude or character awards, and any other relevant achievements.

6. Citizenship & Work Experience

List volunteer work, part-time employment, or other experiences that demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, and community engagement.

Application Submission Requirements

All applications must be submitted using the provided link and include:

• A Letter of Application addressing criteria 1–6 above

• Letters of Reference from teachers, coaches, employers, or community leaders

  • Submit at least two (2) and no more than five (5) letters
