TSP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION 

TSP’s focus is on youth sports programs for students and is run completely by volunteers. We feel that it is important to support students in postgraduate education and would like to thank you for your participation in the sports programs offered. In an effort to help graduates with financial assistance in taking their first step toward a career, TSP proudly awards up to 6 scholarship(s) in the amount of $250 each.

Please use the following criteria to create a letter of application for this scholarship.

1. High School Sports Involvement (min. 2 years)

   1. Describe your participation in sports (which includes scorekeeping, stat taker, etc.)

   2. Please list sport(s) and year(s) participated.

2. TSP Sports Involvement (min. 3 years)

   1. Please list sport(s) and year(s) participated.

3. GPA (min. 2.5 GPA)

   1. Include your transcripts and class rank.

4. Extra-Curricular Activities

   1. Describe any extra school participation, attitude rewards, and leadership skills.

5. Citizenship

   1. List any volunteer work/part-time jobs etc.
