• Sign-Ups are open July 12th - August 16th

• Free Waitlist signups will open on the 17th - this does not guarantee placement on a team. If your athlete can be placed on a team, we will contact you directly based on your information. 

• Turnouts - week of August 19th <-- an email will be sent to registrants with information

• Practices will start week of 8/26

• Games will start week of 9/9

• Tournament Dates: October 25-27th (Minors & Majors only)

• Fee is $85

DIVISIONS:

• Peewee: K-1st  // 5v5 on the field**

• Minors: 2nd-3rd  //  7v7 on the field

• Majors: 4th-6th // 9v9 on the field

TURNOUTS / TEAM DRAFT;

• Turnouts are an opportunity for the coaches to see the athletes on the field. 

• Teams will be drafted round-robin following turnouts; all athletes will make a team.

• Siblings in the same division will automatically be on the same team.

• As we cannot accommodate all ride-share requests, we do not accommodate any.

TURNOUT DATES: check your email 8/17 for specific times and locations:

• 8/19 (Mon) - Peewee (all areas)

• 8/20 (Tues) - Minors (and Crow Majors)

• 8/22 (Thurs) - Majors for Veneta and Elmira

*Kinder athletes must be enrolled in Kindergarten for this fall and be 5 years old.

** 2024 Fall season - we will test a new division format for Peewees. Coaches/ parents will self-ref games, there will be no tournament this year. More info to come

WAITLIST:

Please join the waitlist if you would like your athlete considered should we need to fill in teams over the next week. This waitlist does not guarantee a spot on a team. If we have a spot, we will contact you directly to place your athlete and collect payment ($80) at that time. Waitlist athletes will be used on a first-come, first-served basis to fill in needed team spots. Please be sure to indicate your interest in coaching as this is usually a pain point and may move your athlete higher on the list.
